TAROT-TORTURE™ Taurus: November 3-4, 2014
KNIGHT OF CUPS (reversed): Taurus, when this knight appears reversed, you need to exercise caution. This is a card that indicates someone is going to try to deceive you, trick you into something, and they may come across oh so genuinely. The cups ‘people’ are very sweet, romantic, charming, and even disarming. But when they show up reversed, Lord, they are slippery fish. Speaking of astrology, these people sometimes show up as water signs (Cancer, Pisces, Scorpio) and this card is obviously a male, he’s younger than a king if you go by the usual ‘maturity’ that’s present with men that are kings. Some people see kings as men in their 40s or older, and sometimes they are easy to recognize because they are married, have kids, etc. I call it how I feel like it at the moment; this guy is either younger or he acts young. Being a reversed knight, I think he’s immature in some ways that you should be picking up on by now if he’s in the vicinity. It could also be a woman, of course, a masculine woman, if we had to really split hairs.
This person could be part of a business deal, and maybe he is bringing the deal to you. He could be a coworker or even a superior even if he is younger than you are. Whoever this man is, he is connected to some kind of unusual business proposal or offer — this isn’t something typical or expected, at least for most of us.
The Knight of Cups bears something when he shows up. He could be the bearer of some kind of romantic proposition, or any kind of proposition, really. So if this is a romantic interest in your life, you’d better be careful and do some background checking. This man is not who he appears to be. Something is being hidden from you and he is doing this on purpose.
If you are already involved with this person and all seems like it’s going swimmingly, beware; there is danger that things are going to suddenly go wrong when they were otherwise apparently just fine.
ADVICE: Taurus, listen up, you should know by now that just because it smells like roses, it ain’t always roses any more than a horse’s ass is vase just because we throw a wreath over it. If this person is in your life now and it’s some kind of business deal, or any proposition that involves a legal document, I don’t care how smart you think you are — hire an attorney to look over it — twice! Many attorneys will listen to you for free for a few minutes on the phone and I’ve had lots of them answer some questions via email. They might just ask you to pay a small fee for them to look over the document. You’re smart enough to word the basic deal to the attorney and avoid paying much if anything. If you’ve already signed something, I still advise and attorney look at it. I’ll be honest; I don’t trust him any more than I can throw him across the room with his horse. And his ass-vase.
If this is a romantic situation, need I say more? Oh Lord. This guy isn’t who he says he is.
There is also the remote possibility that this knight is a part of yourself that you are masking. If nothing I’ve written applies to you, I’d like you to ask yourself if this is about you? Are you honest in your dealings? Are you propositioning people with promises that you can’t back up, or are you outright trying to swindle someone? That’s not usually Taurus’ way — though trust me, they can hustle! — so if this is some twisted version of yourself then you need to hire me and we need to talk. NOW.
